New building vinotheque and office spaces

Heating and cooling with the clay ceiling

The new vinotheque of the Sauer family winery was inaugurated in the summer of 2021. In the new building, rammed earth walls made of over 200 tons of clay material, some of which was even obtained from the winery's own vineyards, serve as excellent heat storage. At the same time, the WEM drywall ceiling system provides heating and cooling. In the video, Heiner Sauer talks about the reasons for his decision.

Quick installation of the WEM climate element on the ceiling - This is how the WEM climate ceiling for heating and cooling was created. Once plastered, the heating or cooling system is invisible and ensures the best possible room climate without attracting attention.

Interested people are cordially invited to visit the Vinothek and experience the heating or cooling effect of the ceiling heating - air-conditioned ceiling while enjoying a glass of wine. The Sauer family has furnished the Vinothek with great taste and attention to detail, so that there is much to discover and experience. Both the terrace and the large interior rooms invite you to linger and feel good. The winery's organic wines can be tasted and purchased on site.

Seminar rooms with perfect room climate

The well-equipped, spacious seminar rooms guarantee an excellent room climate for pleasant and relaxed working. They can be booked for events just like the other rooms of the Vinothek.
