Since WEM was founded in 1999, we have been developing and producing innovative surface heating and cooling systems, until 2018 in Koblenz and since 2019 in our newly constructed, energy-efficient buildings in Urmitz. We focus on creating an ideal feel-good climate for building occupants that goes far beyond heating and cooling. Thus, we use high-quality clay and lime building materials, which - in addition to their actual task of distributing heat from the heating pipe to the wall or ceiling surface - create an indoor climate that is very compatible and pleasant for people.

Extensive advisory services, a well-developed network of competent partner companies, a fast and individual service as well as a range of tested and coordinated products are what distinguish us.
